As a member of the Pro Customer Support and Sales Team, you will: Build and nurture professional relationships with Pro customers. Proactively encourage sales by utilizing your product knowledge, loyalty programs, and personalized recommendations. Deliver exceptional service tailored to unique project needs. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. Assist customers at the Pro Desk, handle material loading, manage deliveries, and provide specialized knowledge on products such as paints. Monitor inventory and implement sales initiatives to meet monthly sales goals and uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety.
