Responsibilities:
Accommodate customer needs in times of high call volumes Basic math and computer skills Customer service driven Possess good communication & interpersonal skills Requirements:
Ability to prioritize and multitask Previous customer service experience Maintain composure in all situations while remaining focused and paying attention to detail Able to adjust to changes and problem solve Work independently or as a team Must submit a background check and drug testing
