Your Role: As a Manager within our Commercial Banking Consulting practice, you will prioritize Business and Technology Transformation, especially in the wholesale lending sector. You will be key in designing and executing innovative changes to improve processes and operational models in the industry. Large wholesale lenders are making significant investments to modernize their operations, technology, and data management. Your leadership will be pivotal in enhancing workflows, improving experiences for clients and employees, and reducing long-term costs. You will support the development of our lending offerings and drive impactful consulting projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead Commercial Credit Transformation programs, focusing on operating model and technology implementations. Design next-generation experiences and platforms uniquely tailored for commercial lending clients. Oversee project management from securing client approval to detailed planning and execution. Coordinate effectively with internal teams to manage project resources. Develop advanced Wholesale credit technology solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients on critical business challenges. Drive business development initiatives to attract new client opportunities. Establish yourself as an influential thought leader in the industry. Be willing to travel up to 80% across the United States and Canada. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services firm, focusing on technology or management consulting, with a strong background in engagement management and business development. At least 5 years of experience in the commercial credit industry, including sales, underwriting, closing, servicing, and portfolio management. Proven experience participating in nCino or Salesforce project delivery or consulting engagements within commercial lending. A Bachelor's degree. Preferred Skills: Expertise in transformation strategies and operating model design within commercial banking. Experience launching new products in the banking sector. Ability to foster strong relationships with senior executives. Record of leading complex management and technology consulting projects. nCino or Salesforce certifications. Familiarity with various commercial lending platforms such as Moody's, Blooma, and Built. Proficiency in French. An advanced degree or relevant financial industry certification. Experience in developing next-generation analytical capabilities for commercial lending. Professional Attributes: Strong collaborative skills and the ability to thrive in team-oriented environments.
