You Are:
We are seeking a Senior Manager specialized in Business and Technology Transformation within the Commercial Banking Consulting practice, particularly in the wholesale lending industry. The Commercial Credit Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing business changes that foster industry-specific and digital operating model transformations focused on enhancing both people and processes.
As large wholesale lenders invest significantly in modernizing their business, technology, and data to optimize operations and improve client experiences, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through their transformative journeys. The Senior Manager will be essential in developing our lending offerings and ensuring the successful delivery of consulting projects.
Responsibilities may include:
Serving as a trusted advisor for C-suite clients to address critical business challenges.
Defining clients' business and technology strategies.
Reimagining world-class operating models for wholesale credit institutions.
Leading wholesale credit systems implementation engagements including requirements, design, testing, and deployment.
Managing project components such as client buy-in, planning, budgeting, and execution.
Coordinating resources from various internal teams.
Developing next-generation wholesale credit technology offerings.
Driving business development to create new client opportunities.
Establishing yourself as an industry thought leader.
Willingness to travel as needed, up to 80% in the U.S. and Canada.
Here's What You Need:
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in technology or management consulting with extensive engagement management and business development experience.
At least 7 years in the commercial credit industry (sales, underwriting, closing, servicing, portfolio management).
Proven experience leading complex, large-scale commercial credit transformations across multiple workstreams.
Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with C-suite executives.
A Bachelor's degree.
Bonus Points if You Have:
Experience launching new product offerings in the banking sector.
Implemented advanced analytic capabilities (e.g., predictive, generative, or agentic AI) in commercial lending.
Familiarity with commercial lending industry platforms such as Moody's, Blooma, and Built.
An advanced degree or financial industry certification.

Compensation at Accenture is competitive and varies based on various factors including office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, we provide a reasonable range of compensation:
California $132,500 to $338,300
Cleveland $122,700 to $270,600
Colorado $132,500 to $292,200
District of Columbia $141,100 to $311,200
Illinois $122,700 to $292,200
Maryland $132,500 to $292,200
Massachusetts $132,500 to $311,200
Minnesota $132,500 to $292,200
New York $122,700 to $338,300
New Jersey $141,100 to $338,300
