Role Summary
The UX/UI Designer leads user experience design, information architecture, and visual
design to ensure the intranet is intuitive, accessible, and visually aligned with DHCD
branding.
Key Responsibilities • Conduct discovery workshops and user research • Perform taxonomy analysis and card sorting activities • Design information architecture and navigation structure • Create wireframes and visual mockups for homepage and key pages • Apply DHCD branding (colors, logos, typography) in coordination with in-house designer • Ensure usability and accessibility best practices
Minimum Qualifications • 3-5 years UX/UI design experience • Experience designing intranets or enterprise portals • Strong wireframing and IA skills
Tools (Typical) • Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent
