We've been in business since 2016 and have already grown to 32 locations spread throughout the US. Our plan is to continue expanding and to continue providing exceptional service to our wide array of customers.We are currently looking to add a Director of Business Development for our Red River region. This position requires an enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with our customers. Not only is this role financially rewarding in an economy proof industry, it also provides an opportunity for future growth and career advancement within our organization.Benefits:* Medical, Dental, Vison and basic life insurance coverage* Eligible for our Director of Business Development Incentive program* Monthly vehicle allowance* Mileage reimbursementDuties include, but are not limited to:* Business to business sales of new tires, tire retreads, and tire related services* Working with customers to help manage their inventory levels at shop and warehouse locations* Dropping off new inventory to customers and picking up tires that will be retreaded (larger inventory levels will be coordinated with a company driver)* **Traveling to our stores in Texas**The ideal candidate will possess the following:* **3-5 years’ experience in commercial tire sales*** Knowledge of commercial tires and retreading* Ability to multitask and continually prioritize a changing workload* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail* An aggressive and competitive nature to drive sales growth* The confidence to close a sale* Superior communication skills – including listening and speaking/writing* College degree preferred but not requiredThis position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, in addition to a performance-based incentive plan.
