Head of Channel Sales

Are you an experienced commercial leader with deep expertise in B2B sales across direct and indirect channels? Then this could be your next opportunity!

I’m Fredrik Stenberg, Head of B2B Telia Sweden, and I’m searching for a strategic and driven leader to accelerate Telia’s growth within the Small and Medium Business segments. This is a key leadership role where you will shape our multi‑channel sales strategy, drive profitable growth, and lead high‑performing teams toward ambitious goals.

What you’ll do: In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing B2B sales of standardized services through both direct and indirect channels. You will build strong relationships with external partners, drive performance through structured governance and incentives, and ensure that our sales processes deliver high‑volume, high‑margin results.

You will work closely with internal teams, third‑party providers, and key decision‑makers to build an efficient, scalable sales engine that supports Telia’s commercial agenda.

Key responsibilities:

Drive profitable growth in the Small and Medium Business segments through standardized offerings from Telia’s product portfolio.

Lead and optimize multi‑channel sales execution, including internal account management, telemarketing partners, and indirect sales providers.

Develop and implement the commercial agenda, including incentive and compensation models across all sales channels.

Allocate and manage sales resources across complex channel ecosystems to maximize performance and achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain long‑term strategic partnerships with key third‑party sales providers.

Ensure strong governance, adherence to sales processes, delivery on KPIs, and capability development, motivation, and clear goals across all teams.

What will help you thrive in this role: To be successful in this position, we believe you have extensive experience leading B2B sales of standardized services across direct and indirect channels. You have many years of experience in sales governance of third‑party providers, such as telemarketing and partner sales. We also believe you have strong leadership skills with the ability to lead multiple teams and prioritize resources across complex channel structures.

Key experience:

University degree (Bachelor’s level or equivalent) including business/economics.

Experience leading B2B sales of standardized services, as well as sales governance of third‑party providers

Deep understanding of compensation models and incentive structures, and how they influence performance in different sales channels.

Strong leadership track record with experience driving capability development and performance

Fluency in Swedish and English
