work with the institutional & pension business in Germany to strengthen brand awareness, position Fidelity International as as a leading full-service solution provider in the German pension market as well as an institutional provider across various institutional target groups and investment strategies.Within this context, Fidelity is offering three main propositions to corporate clients in Germany, a value account plan (Lebensarbeitszeitkonten), a DC-type pension plan as well as the external funding of book reserves whether DB or DC via the Fidelity contractual trust arrangement. The team will create and run all B2B marketing activities to attract all types of institutional investors with focus on corporate clients.**About your role :**You will be responsible for executing against our holistic B2B marketing strategy for the institutional and pension business. The role owns the development and management of various initiatives within the annual marketing plan, ensuring the effective delivery across channels to strengthen market positioning, generate leads, and support business growth.The position drives a broad range of marketing initiatives, including face-to-face activities as well as the continuous enhancement of the digital client experience. A key focus lies in the creation of high-quality, client-centric content, including articles, white papers, and thought leadership pieces, with particular emphasis on pension-related topics.The role includes advertising and demand-generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels, while clearly articulating the firm’s unique selling propositions. In addition, the position oversees brand awareness initiatives, market studies, and the management of strategic cooperation partners.Close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Client Relationship, Implementation, Product and Compliance teams is essential to ensure consistency, regulatory alignment, and maximum impact. Full responsibility for budget management, agency oversight, and continuous optimization of marketing activities completes this strategic and hands-on role.**Key Responsibilities :*** Develop and own initiatives within our comprehensive **B2B marketing and budget plan** covering marketing activities for the institutional and pension business* Plan and execute **face-to-face marketing activities**, including Fidelity-hosted events, webinars, round tables and external industry conferences and events* Manage and continuously optimize the **digital presence**, including a user-friendly web experience, newsletters, and client email communications* Create high-quality **content** such as articles, white papers, and publications, with a strong focus on pension-related topics* Design and implement **advertising and lead generation campaigns** using advertorials, print and digital advertisements, and online banners* Execute and manage **social media and search engine marketing campaigns** to increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation* Develop marketing materials that clearly articulate **USPs** across products and solutions* Manage and coordinate **market studies and research projects**, including collaboration with internal experts and external partners* Maintain and develop relationships with **strategic cooperation partners*** Adapt **brand awareness initiatives** to strengthen market positioning in the institutional and pension space* Take full ownership of **budget management**, including planning, monitoring, and optimization of marketing spend* Select, manage, and coordinate **external agencies and service providers*** Ensure close alignment with **Compliance** and adherence to all regulatory, legal, and brand requirements* Engage in **direct exchanges with stakeholders and teams** to ensure marketing activities reflect client needs and market developments* Support corporate clients in their **employee communication efforts**, particularly in the rollout of pension plans or time value account solutions**About you :*** University degree in Marketing or equivalent* Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience,* Team player, client focused* B2B Marketing skills and good understanding of brand, product, sales funnel and client relationship* Experienced in financial industry* MS Office knowledge (especially Excel and Power Point)* Thinking “out of the box” and the willingness to take over responsibility* A good knowledge of the German occupational pension market is certainly an asset* Excellent organisation skills, conceptual thinking and attention to detail* Fluency in **German and in English** (orally and in writing) and good communication skills are required* Able to demonstrate flexibilityGerne können Sie sich hier auch auf deutsch bewerben**Feel rewarded :**For starters, we’ll offer you a comprehensive benefits package.
