As a member of our Pro Customer Service and Sales Team, you will: Build and maintain strong relationships with Pro customers. Proactively boost sales by utilizing your product knowledge and offering personalized recommendations. Assist customers at the Pro Desk, manage deliveries, and provide specialized paint and product expertise. Meet monthly sales goals and customer service metrics to drive store success. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Resolve delivery issues efficiently and communicate the advantages of Home Depot over competitors. Support store initiatives by monitoring inventory and executing sales strategies. We value bilingual communication skills at certain locations to meet customer needs effectively. This position is based in Willmar, MN. Pay Range: $16.50 - $18.50
