
Job Duties:
Conduct marketing research, develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, and identify potential customers across digital platforms (website, online stores at different marketplaces, social media, email, and online advertising). Specifically,
· Gather data on customers, competitors, and e-commerce industry from various sources. Conduct industry analysis, market research analysis, competitive analysis, and customer analysis.
· Collaborate with management to develop overall digital marketing strategies based on the understanding of company’s objectives, marketing characteristics, products and services, and e-commerce industry.
· Coordinate with marketing team and external agencies and vendors to plan and execute digital marketing & promotional campaigns across multiple channels, including online stores, social media, email, SEO/SEM/PPC, and online advertising.
· Collect and analyze web metrics to identify appropriate key performance indicators and success metrics. Utilize analytical tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing & promotional campaigns.
· Prepare reports of findings on market research, marketing campaigns, and performance metrics, illustrating data graphically using data visualization tools and translating complex findings into written text for review of management.
· Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing channels, search engine technologies, algorithms, trends, and best practices to keep ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Strategic Marketing Communication, or a closely related field.
