Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
Promote products, services, or special offers effectively.
Qualify leads and arrange follow-up appointments as necessary.
Keep accurate records of all calls and interactions with customers.
Achieve or exceed daily call volume and conversion goals.
Candidate Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous outbound sales or call center experience is favorable.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.

While performing duties, employees will primarily be sedentary, using a computer and telephone headset. Employees must regularly operate office equipment, including phones, copiers, and printers, and occasionally move around the office.
