We’re seeking an accomplished, values-driven
General Sales Manager
to lead the sales operations at a Northern Virginia dealership. This is a senior leadership role for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at coaching teams, and consistently drives profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop all sales departments through hands-on training and deal involvement
Oversee showroom operations and maintain high standards of professionalism
Drive CSI performance and implement continuous improvement strategies
Recruit, train, and manage New & Used Sales, Internet Sales, Finance Managers, and Service Drive Sales
Conduct regular sales and product training meetings
Oversee CRM processes and ensure effective prospect follow-up
Ensure a premium vehicle delivery experience, including service introductions
Achieve dealership and OEM goals for sales volume, gross profit, and expense control
Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of experience as a General Sales Manager
overseeing variable operations
Proven success in building and leading high-performing sales teams
Strong background in showroom and internet traffic generation
Experience leading a Business Development Center (BDC)
Knowledge of used vehicle acquisition and merchandising strategies
Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
