About the Role
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Vice President of Customer Engagement to be an integral part of our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the growth of our customer-facing organization while delivering an exceptional and personalized customer experience as we scale. We need a strategic and hands-on leader who excels in ensuring seamless collaboration across functions to achieve outstanding customer outcomes, from onboarding through to expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong history in scaling customer-centric teams, preferably within the B2B SaaS space, and particularly in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors. You should be adept at navigating through challenges, leading diverse customer functions, and enhancing customer retention, adoption, and readiness for expansion in enterprise contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the development of our customer operating model.
Create and refine scalable playbooks for team success.
Establish clarity of ownership across customer engagement teams.
Oversee the customer operating cadence and lead as an executive sponsor for key enterprise accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous integration of customer feedback into product enhancements.
