Position Overview - Day Camp Program Director
The Day Camp Program Director is responsible for managing the staff, curriculum, materials, and daily operations of the Day Camp Programs for campers ages 3.5 to 6 years old. This includes maintaining inventory, coordinating staff scheduling with the site leader, and making all plans and preparations for upcoming curriculum. The Day Camp Coordinator spends the majority of their time pushing into Day Camp groups to help with direct camper instruction and support of day camp counselors.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

Job Description The Day Camp Program Director is responsible for managing the staff, curriculum, materials, and daily operations of the Day Camp Programs for campers ages 3.5 to 6 years old.
Tasks include:
Opening Camp Daily at 7:30 a.m.
Direct supervision of assigned camper group
Maintaining Materials Inventory
Plan and Prepare upcoming curriculum for Day Camp activities
Planning camp-wide activities.
Reports directly to Camp Director and Drobots HQ for direction and support.
Anticipated Work Hours Per Week:
40 - 45 hours per week
Qualifications Experience & Education:
4 year degree in related field
1+ years working as a teacher/educator
1+ years of management or supervisory experience
Summer Camp experience (preferable, but not required)
Extremely outgoing and professional personality
