Lake Region Recovery Homes, Inc. is seeking a Program Director to join our dedicated team and help foster a supportive and empowering environment for those in recovery. We are not an institution but a home. Licensed since 1973 as a Halfway House, now categorized as an ASAM 3.1 program. We provide services for up to 14-men with SUD. Responsibilities
As the substance use disorder (SUD) Program Director you will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of SUD treatment programs. Developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, provide programming, managing and scheduling staff, coordinating resources, and monitoring program effectiveness. You will also play a crucial role in developing community partnerships and advocating for the needs of individuals in recovery. Qualifications
Must hold a valid LADC license. Have a bachelor’s degree or three years of work experience in administration or personnel supervision in human services. Have at least one year of work experience in direct service to an individual with substance use disorder or one year of work experience in the management or administration of direct service to an individual with substance use disorder. Management and Financial Skills – manage the financial responsibilities and implement the directives of the Lake Region Recovery Homes, Inc. Board of Directors in the overall management of the program. Hold strong leadership, communication and organizational time management skills. Have the ability to handle administrative tasks and manage staff effectively. Compensation & Benefits
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $70,000.00 annually $5000 - sign on bonus Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Other benefits are negotiable. Location
