This exciting role focuses on managing rental accounts, providing outstanding customer service, selling new products, ensuring account performance, handling deliveries and pickups, and performing early-stage collections. You will play a crucial role in supporting sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships while upholding our core values. Key Responsibilities: Manage a designated portfolio of accounts, building and nurturing customer relationships. Conduct early-stage collections (1-6 days past due) and achieve daily and weekly collection goals. Utilize account management tools to maintain account health and secure payment commitments. Complete delivery routes, pickups, and follow-up on accounts as assigned. Provide exceptional customer service in-store, over the phone, and during home visits. Contribute to sales growth by generating new rental agreements. Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise. Maintain showroom standards and keep company vehicles in excellent condition. Adhere to safety and operational guidelines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum age of 18. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Strong communication skills and dedication to customer service. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise. Capability to drive a box truck. Willingness to stand and drive for long periods. Schedule & Work Environment: This is a full-time position requiring availability from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays and one weekday off.
