INFUSE is seeking a detail-oriented Proofreader and Copy Editor to enhance our talented team. Our ideal candidate is not only proficient in both basic and advanced grammar rules but also deeply familiar with our style guides. Attention to detail is paramount as you will meticulously review copy for errors in punctuation, spelling, and word usage, while ensuring statements are accurate and free from potential plagiarism.
Responsibilities:
Thoroughly proofread materials for spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, usage, consistency, and brand voice.
Cross-check references and data for accuracy.
Ensure consistency across all output.
Review and occasionally rewrite internal documents to improve clarity and quality.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
Outstanding English writing skills.
Minimum of 1 year of proofreading experience.
At least 1 year of writing experience.
Experience in B2B writing is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
High level of organization.
A proactive and agile approach to tasks.
Solutions-oriented mindset.
Able to work during EST hours.
