Are you ready to make a significant impact as a Senior Military Trainer? This is an exciting opportunity where you can contribute to mission-critical training operations at our Fort Leavenworth, KS location. In the role of Senior Military Trainer with the Technical Support Group (TSG), you will provide critical insights, conduct data analysis, and offer doctrinal expertise that support essential training objectives across various warfighting functions. Your key responsibilities will include: Collecting and managing data on warfighting function procedures, decisions, and orders during training exercises for Army and Joint units.

Collaborating closely with military WfF Chiefs and Observer Controller/Trainers to analyze data and produce engaging visual products for After Action Reviews (AARs).

Assisting in exercise design and scenario development while contributing to essential planning processes within both Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) and Army Exercise Life Cycle (ELC).

Coordinating internal and external resources, monitoring planning progress, and developing contract deliverables.

Maintaining proficiency in military simulations, models, and AAR systems including WARSIM, V3D, and ARCHER.

Gaining and applying knowledge of the NGSC Archiving and Enhanced Retrieval System (ARCHER) and associated tools (ARROW, Ballista, Crosshair).

Developing an understanding of Joint training and doctrine through relevant course completions (e.g., JTF-101, GCCS-J, DSCA).

To excel in this role, you will need: An Active or Current DoD Secret clearance.

US Citizenship.

A Bachelor's degree.

A minimum of 8 years of similar/related experience, or a Master's degree with 5 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

MEL 4-CGSC Certification or equivalent certification and relevant advanced course graduation.

Familiarity with current Army and Joint doctrine.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Functional knowledge of ABCS systems, including any of the following: CPOF, CPCE, DCGS-A, GCCS-A, TIGR, JCR, TAIS, AMDWS, AFATDS, and DDS.

The ability to brief on Army ABCS network structure and troubleshoot basic network issues.

Strong capability to manage multiple training tasks and priorities effectively.

The willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Additional desired experience and skills include: Experience at the Brigade level or higher, particularly within the Sustainment WfF.

Background as an Observer Controller/Trainer or involvement in computer-assisted simulation training.

Experience as a Joint Task Force (JTF) and Joint Force Land Component Command (JFLCC) staff officer.
