Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and innovative Web Developer and Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining engaging websites and web applications that meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, along with a keen eye for user experience (UX) and visual design. You will work on diverse projects, utilizing modern technologies and frameworks to deliver high-quality digital solutions that are responsive, scalable, and optimized for performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy responsive websites and web applications using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, , and Bootstrap.
  • Design wireframes and user flows to create intuitive user interfaces (UI) that enhance user experience (UX).
  • Build and maintain back-end services utilizing frameworks such as Django, Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET, Spring Framework, , , and PHP.
  • Manage databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, SQLite, MongoDB, and Redis; optimize queries for performance.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party web services using REST or GraphQL protocols.
  • Utilize version control systems like GitHub, GitLab, SVN for code management; participate in code reviews.
  • Set up CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or Azure DevOps to automate testing and deployment processes.
  • Configure server environments using Docker containers or Ansible automation tools; deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and adhere to best practices in web design for accessibility and responsiveness across devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies; utilize project management tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure code quality; perform system architecture planning for scalable solutions.
  • Maintain documentation of development processes and system architecture; stay updated with emerging web technologies.

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3 (including SCSS), JavaScript (including TypeScript), jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks: , Angular, (React Native is a plus).
  • Solid back-end development skills using Python (Django), PHP (WordPress), Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET (.NET), Java (Spring Framework), or
  • Familiarity with database systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, SQLite, MongoDB; knowledge of SQL optimization.
  • Experience with RESTful API development & integration; understanding of SOAP & GraphQL APIs.
  • Knowledge of system architecture principles; experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency in version control systems: GitHub, GitLab, SVN.
  • Cloud platform experience: AWS or Azure deployment & management.
  • Familiarity with web services security protocols & best practices in web development standards.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles; ability to create wireframes & user flows that enhance usability.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices & responsive web design techniques for mobile compatibility.
  • Experience working within Agile SDLC environments; excellent communication skills for collaborative projects.
