What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Advise clients on personal insurance products tailored to their specific needs
Collaborate with Carrier Underwriters to determine risk placement and provide accurate quotes
Utilize agency management systems and carrier websites for timely policy correspondence
Build and maintain effective working relationships with co‑workers, supervisors, and carrier representatives
Assist with special projects as assigned by management
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of sales and service experience in Personal Lines
Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems, preferably EPIC
Strong communication, negotiation, and decision‑making skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
CPCU, CPRIA, CAPI, or other P&C designations preferred
Comprehensive experience with the New England/Northeast P&C markets
Proven ability to work independently and anticipate client needs
Experience in client‑facing sales with knowledge of coverage needs
Strong leadership and presentation skills
