Asset Management Senior Analyst | Fixed Assets (SAP)
We’re hiring an
Asset Management Senior Analyst
to support fixed asset accounting for a large, established organization. This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role for someone who likes owning their work, staying close to the numbers, and keeping asset records clean and compliant.
What You’ll Be Doing ✔ Maintain and manage fixed asset records in
SAP
✔ Record acquisitions, transfers, retirements, and depreciation
✔ Ensure compliance with
GAAP
and capitalization policies
✔ Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close
✔ Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and asset reports
✔ Assist with internal and external audits
✔ Perform asset confirmations and variance analysis
✔ Partner with finance, procurement, IT, and operations teams
What We’re Looking For 3–7 years
of overall accounting experience (7+ years will not be considered)
2–4 years
of fixed asset accounting / asset management experience
Strong analytical and communication skills
Note: Candidates with only finance‑based asset exposure (no fixed asset accounting) will not be a fit.
Preferred Qualifications Active CPA license Experience in large or complex organizations
