Responsibilities

Mentor and coach agents on business growth and goal achievement

Contribute to office culture and collaboration

Lead small group or one-on-one coaching sessions

Support new agents with systems, models, and accountability

Maintain personal production while expanding leadership impact

Help identify and attract potential agents for the office

Implement strategies that drive consistency and team results

Participate in office meetings, training, and leadership events

Qualifications

Active real estate license with a history of production
