Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate client records in CRM (training provided).
Collaborate with teammates to improve results and share best practices.
Uphold company values and compliance standards in every interaction.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle objections and build client trust.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM, virtual meetings, etc.).
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus — not required.
Reliable transportation for appointments or events.
Must be willing to complete required state licensing (training provided).
Commission with bonuses and incentives.
Paid training and full licensing assistance.
Flexible schedule with options for local, hybrid, or remote work (where applicable).
