Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. Assist in the preparation and execution of property showings, ensuring a positive client experience. Collaborate with our team to develop effective marketing strategies for property listings. Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of the real estate market and sales techniques. Utilize our lead generation tools to identify and connect with prospective buyers and sellers. Support the negotiation process by providing clients with informed advice and guidance. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system for seamless follow-up and service delivery.

Qualifications

Real Estate License. Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping others. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Familiarity with real estate principles or a willingness to learn quickly. Comfortable using technology and CRM systems for client management and follow-up.

Compensation

$120,000 - $215,000 yearly
