Crypto Listing & Asset Operatiopn Lead

BitMart is looking for a senior leader to drive our spot listing and asset operations strategy.
You will identify high-potential digital assets globally, lead end-to-end listing execution, and build a competitive spot asset portfolio.

speed, quality, and growth
— ensuring compliant listings while maximizing trading activity and platform performance.
What You’ll Do
Own the full lifecycle of spot asset listings — from pre-listing due diligence to post-listing liquidity optimization
Track global crypto trends (Meme, AI, DePIN, L2, etc.) and secure early access to high-potential projects
Design and execute trading campaigns with clear KPI ownership (volume, new users, engagement)
Lead communication and negotiations with external project teams
Improve internal listing workflows and review standards to increase efficiency while maintaining compliance
Work cross-functionally with legal, tech, marketing, and leadership teams
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience at a CEX (top-tier or mid-sized)
Strong background in token listing operations or spot market management
Excellent English communication skills (bilingual Chinese/English preferred)
Strong data analysis ability — able to measure performance and ROI
Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals and tokenomics
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
