Additional Responsibilities

Manage full cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection management, and offer execution.

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, proactively build talent pipelines, and engage in ongoing market, competitive, and industry research to inform hiring recommendations.

Utilize recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems to manage candidates, track pipelines, and maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting.

Leverage market data, competitive intelligence, and provide hiring recommendations including market trends and analytics.

Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to define hiring needs, drive interview processes, facilitate debriefs, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Mentor and train recruiters and hiring managers on recruiting processes, sourcing techniques, interviewing skills, and talent selection tools.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policies, employee benefit offerings, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

What You Need Below are the required and preferred qualifications for this role:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of additional equivalent experience

4+ years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience

2+ years of full cycle sales recruiting experience

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and direct sourcing/outreach

Experience in Workday, HiredScore, Paradox and/or other ATS systems and recruiting technologies

Experience supporting medical device or life sciences recruitment

$77,700 - $168,400 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
