What we are looking for We are seeking a
Senior Veeva Solution Lead
to support upcoming client engagements in the U.S. market. This individual will act as a senior individual contributor and solution lead, driving hands‑on Veeva implementations while partnering closely with client stakeholders.
You should bring deep experience across
Vault CRM and PromoMats , strong knowledge of commercial and/or medical use cases, and the ability to independently translate business requirements into scalable, compliant solutions.
What you’ll do
Lead Veeva Implementations:
Drive hands‑on implementation across Vault CRM and PromoMats including configuration, workflows, and feature enablement.
Translate business requirements into solutions:
Partner with client stakeholders to gather, refine, and recommend scalable, compliant solutions.
Support Commercial & Medical Use Cases:
Enable field activity tracking, content lifecycle workflows, approval processes, and compliance frameworks.
Hands‑on system configuration:
Configure objects, workflows, security models, and system enhancements without heavy oversight.
Collaborate with global teams:
Work alongside internal cross‑functional teams and offshore developers, providing guidance and reviewing deliverables.
Ensure delivery excellence:
Own solution quality, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
Must have
8–10 years of experience
in life sciences technology/consulting, with strong Veeva implementation exposure.
Hands‑on expertise in Veeva Vault CRM and PromoMats
including configuration and workflow management.
Experience in Commercial and/or Medical use cases
(field activity tracking, content approvals, compliance processes, etc.).
Strong stakeholder management skills
with experience working directly with U.S.-based clients.
Ability to operate independently
as a senior individual contributor/solution lead.
Veeva certifications preferred , ideally:
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
