Job Type: Full-time

What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will facilitate the loan closing process by working with outside title companies to ensure the delivery of complete and accurate closing packages. You will help ensure a smooth and timely closing experience.

Additionally, you will complete the funding process after reviewing and approving all critical funding documents. Finally, you will collaborate with the post-closing team as needed to resolve any document issues during the loan boarding process for servicing.

Requirements

Five or more years of experience in the mortgage industry

Two or more years of recent experience in closing loans

A thorough understanding of the life of loan and processes outside of closing

Ability to attend quarterly in person meetings in Chicago

Proficient in TRID and Encompass

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Conventional Loan Experience required, FHA/VA experience desired

Affordable housing knowledge desired (Down Payment Assistance programs, etc.)

Ability to handle 30 closings per month.

Knowledge of regulations related to the Mortgage Industry

Flexibility to work additional hours (overtime) during peak demand periods.

Pay Range And Benefits $28-$31/hour
