Job Overview
AmLaw 100 law firm recruiting an attorney for its Real Estate practice. The position can be based in Orlando or Tampa. Salary ranges from $260,000 to $350,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
Provide counsel on commercial real estate and financing transactions involving mixed‑use, office, multi‑family, retail, hotel, resort properties, etc.
Draft and negotiate real‑estate and financing documents, including purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development agreements, and property‑management agreements.
Offer expert advice on real‑estate development and joint‑venture transactions (experience preferred).
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders; write clear, concise correspondence and reports.
Qualifications
JD from an ABA‑approved law school.
Good standing and active membership in the Florida Bar.
Strong academic credentials and exceptional work ethic.
Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and high standards of professionalism.
Experience in real‑estate finance and development transactions (preferred).
