Your Day-to-Day:
Greet and assist prospective residents with professionalism and warmth
Tour apartment homes and sell the features, lifestyle, and community
Complete lease applications, screening, and follow-up
Submit service requests and ensure resident satisfaction
Help organize marketing and resident events
Support basic front-office duties (phone, email, light admin)
What We’re Looking For:
6+ months of apartment leasing experience REQUIRED
Bilingual (Spanish/English) STRONGLY preferred
Experience with leasing software (e.g. Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon)
Knowledge of
Fair Housing laws
A professional, polished, and positive attitude
Strong communication and closing skills
Reliable transportation
