Soden Agency is growing, and we're looking for someone like you to join our team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager! Responsibilities Responding to queries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing insurance documentation as requested. Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention. Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding. Obtain and ensure current and accurate information and document it per agency standards.Process customer policy change requests. Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.

Requirements Property & Casualty License Commercial Lines Insurance experience Intermediate computer and technology proficiency. Preference for candidates with Applied Epic experience, though not absolutely necessary Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Great Customer Service Skills. Driven and goal-oriented individual. Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
