
Location: Olive Branch, MS (onsite position)
Work schedule: Monday – Friday from 6:00am – 3:00pm
Position overview:
Provides analytical advice and direction for application and technology
Analyze and apply Enterprise data to make recommendations to streamline and simplify processes
Develop and deploy IT solutions
Develops procedures for proper utilization of IT technology
Develops and delivers training to support process changes and new technology introductions
Evaluates and modifies existing technology
Provide after-hour technical support as needed
Technical skills:
Windows Server Administration (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP) experience (2+ years)
VMware vSphere / ESXi Virtualization experience (2+ years)
Network Support: LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Switches experience (2+ years)
Hardware Troubleshooting: PCs, printers, mobile devices experience (1+ year)
ERP Support: SAP user assistance and basic module knowledge of S/4 HANA (1+ year)
Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions experience (1+ year)
Help Desk Ticketing Systems experience (6+ months) – ideally ServiceNow
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline
Other skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
