Job Overview – Infusion Sales Manager (Healthcare)
Compensation: $95,000 – $110,000/year
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
TAG MedStaffing is hiring an Infusion Sales Manager in Chattanooga, TN for our client, driving revenue growth across home infusion and chronic care services. This role focuses on new business development, provider and payer relationship management, and territory expansion within the healthcare market. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of infusion therapy or home health sales experience with a strong track record in business development and client management.
Responsibilities as the Infusion Sales Manager (Healthcare):
Territory Expansion:
Increase market share by engaging healthcare providers, clinics, and payors across the region.
Relationship Management:
Strengthen existing accounts and uncover new referral opportunities to boost infusion service volume.
Solution Selling:
Promote care solutions, coordinate service delivery, and support long-term client satisfaction.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal departments to ensure integrated support and a high-quality customer experience.
Sales Tracking:
Document activities, manage sales pipelines, and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
Qualifications for the Infusion Sales Manager (Healthcare):
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
2+ years in infusion therapy sales, home health, or related healthcare services, with a strong track record in business development and client management.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with reimbursement models, healthcare payors, and IVIG treatment protocols.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with CRM system experience preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
Results-driven and organized, with strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and internal teams.
