Responsibilities

Conduct property showings and provide insightful tours to potential buyers, ensuring they have all the information they need to make informed decisions.

Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and coordinate showings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, including current listings, pricing trends, and neighborhood insights.

Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly to build trust and rapport.

Assist in preparing and distributing marketing materials for properties, enhancing visibility and attracting potential buyers.

Gather and relay client feedback to the sales team, helping refine strategies and improve service offerings.

Ensure all showings are conducted in a professional manner, respecting both client and property owner expectations and guidelines.

Qualifications

Experience in real estate or a related field is a plus, but not required.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, building trust with clients and team members.

Proven track record of providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Ability to manage time efficiently, coordinating multiple property showings and schedules.

Familiarity with the Philadelphia real estate market or a willingness to learn quickly.

Comfortable using technology and digital tools to enhance client interactions and streamline processes.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team, contributing to shared goals and success.

Compensation $112,000 - $225,000 yearly
