The Superintendent reports to the Project Manager and will manage all aspects associated with field construction.
Responsibilities
Follow and build using a Gantt chart schedule.
Provide accurate information for updates.
Complete daily jobsite reports.
Schedule subcontractors and materials, allowing sufficient lead times so that subs and material are on site at the correct times.
Follow specifications and manage trades to produce a high level of quality work and client satisfaction with minimal punch list.
Maintain a safe work site, establish good jobsite housekeeping, maintain a clean jobsite, and observe OSHA, state, county, and community regulations.
Review shop drawings for accuracy.
Proactively problem‑solve.

Requirements
Five years’ experience in a similar role.
Proficient computer skills and Procore certification/experience.
Ability to read and understand plans from civil drawings to interior design drawings.
Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact with high‑end clients, project managers, field operations, architects, engineers, and interior designers.
Ability to prioritize tasks for optimal productivity and meet deadlines and goals.
Candidate must complete a background check, have a clean driving record, and participate in a drug‑free workplace program.
A passion for custom home building.
