Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting Six or more years of experience in quality of earnings, attestation, and audit engagements within a consulting or advisory environment Prior experience supervising and mentoring staff at the manager level Strong knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), and Uniform Guidance Strong commitment to client service with an entrepreneurial mindset Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to client and office locations as needed Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach
