Job Summary Looking for a Workday Functional Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in Workday HCM configuration, specifically Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management. The role involves requirement gathering, system configuration, payroll support, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Configure Workday Payroll, Time Tracking & Absence modules
Manage earnings, deductions, pay groups, accruals, and time calculations
Configure Business Process Framework (BPF), calculated fields & condition rules
Support payroll processing, testing (UAT), and go‑live activities
Provide functional support and troubleshooting
Required Skills
5+ years of Workday HCM experience
Strong configuration experience in Payroll, Time & Absence
Experience with security roles and business processes
