What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage day-to-day sales operations for distribution partners
Serve as the primary contact for agency communications, marketing initiatives, and product changes
Utilize data and analytics to monitor and enhance agency performance
Collaborate with underwriting, services, and claims professionals to resolve issues
Provide support for quote creation and agency system inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of five years of experience in insurance, underwriting, sales, or services
Strong customer service skills and experience working with agents or within an agency
Familiarity with Personal Lines and comparative rater quoting systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Undergraduate degree in business administration, insurance, risk management, economics, or finance
Pursuit of technical insurance designations such as CPCU or CLU
Experience with the Independent Agency Distribution Channel
Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and drive results
Proven adaptability to changing situations and effective communication skills
