Job Description The Insurance Account Manager will support and expand an assigned portfolio of clients by delivering exceptional service and guidance. This role focuses on maintaining long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities within existing accounts, and working collaboratively with teammates to ensure consistent coverage and support.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and digital messaging
Process policy updates, changes, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
Build strong relationships with current clients to promote retention and satisfaction
Prepare and review insurance quotes for both new and existing accounts
Support clients through the renewal process and coverage reviews
Identify opportunities for account growth and client referrals
Maintain detailed records of client interactions within the agency management system
Provide backup support to team members as needed
Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
Minimum of 6 months of experience in insurance service
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and customer management systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Fully in-office Monday-Friday
