WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH This role sits within Nike’s learning ecosystem, a team that strengthens leadership and capability across the enterprise. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Facilitation, the Sr. Specialist, Facilitator partners closely with peer facilitators, Learning Operations, and program designers. You will lead sessions with senior leaders, director‑level audiences, and cross‑functional teams across geographies.

This ideal individual reads a room intuitively, creates brave spaces for reflection, and can pivot in real time to meet leaders where they are. You bring strong presence, strategic curiosity, and the confidence to guide director‑level and executive discussions with credibility and empathy. You elevate learning by blending insight, storytelling, and practical application with a learner‑first mindset. This facilitator champions Nike’s leadership expectations, models inclusivity, and uses adult learning principles to unlock growth at scale.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Communications or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

3-5 years of facilitation experience with corporate audiences, including director‑level or senior‑leader populations

Demonstrated expertise in leadership development, adult learning principles, and complex group facilitation

Strong communication, executive presence, and ability to influence across functions

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON You’ll lead high‑impact learning experiences that shape leadership capability across Nike. You’ll guide senior audiences through strategic conversations, elevate program delivery, and create environments where leaders think boldly, connect deeply, and take action.

Facilitate enterprise leadership programs, senior‑level development experiences, and complex corporate learning sessions

Build trust and connection with senior audiences through authentic storytelling and real‑world insight

Adapt your delivery for director‑level and executive participants, navigating diverse functions and leadership styles

Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Facilitation and peer facilitators to maintain excellence and consistency across sessions

Partner with Learning Operations to align on logistics, scheduling, and forecasting

Consult with program designers and L&D partners to refine content and elevate learning impact

Use participant feedback, metrics, and emerging facilitation techniques to drive continuous improvement
