
Introduction
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Analyst located in Charlotte, NC. The Commercial Analyst is a strategic partner to Sales, Operations, and Finance. The role provides the analytical foundation for pricing large and complex deals (e.g. storage, warehousing, integrated E2E solutions), develops standardized costing models, evaluates new business opportunities, and drives improved financial performance across sites and customer accounts. The analyst also supports sales steering, market insights, and performance management through data-driven recommendations. Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. 3 to 5 years of financial analyst experience. Experience within commercial operations and business strategies. Understanding of warehousing, logistics, capacity planning, and cost structures. Knowledge of SQL or BI tools, leverage AI. Finance skills, including financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. Customer service experience and a commitment to understanding and addressing client needs. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Prior experience in supply chain or industrial packaging industries is a plus. Incentives
