As Michael Graham Estate Agents continues to extend its reach across the region, our Northampton office is looking to welcome a Sales and Lettings Negotiator.
This role offers the chance to join a well-established and respected agency, working with some of the area’s finest homes. We’re seeking someone driven, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct viewings of properties, providing insightful information to potential buyers and tenants. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends. Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms. Handle administrative tasks related to sales and lettings, including documentation and compliance checks. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the office. Requirements:
Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
