MTLA, Inc. is looking for a full-time, in-person self-motivated designer to join our team — someone with previous design work experience, who is detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, and able to participate in all aspects of the project - from concept through construction administration. You might be the right fit if you can: Work both independently and collaboratively (bonus points for a good sense of humor). Juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat. Communicate clearly and professionally — with clients and colleagues Roll up your sleeves and dive in. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture Previous relevant work experience Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite ,

Rhino, and hand-sketching Ability to translate hand drawings into digital plans Strong technical skills in construction drawings (plans, details, and sections) Knowledge of native and climatically appropriate planting Solid understanding of construction materials and the technical side of design Excellent graphic and design abilities Strong writing and communication skills Employer-paid health, vision, and dental insurance 401K savings PTO + Paid holidays MTLA, Inc. offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
