What You'll Do As our Technical Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the backbone of our customer relationships – from first quote to final delivery. You'll collaborate with outside sales and operations to keep orders moving smoothly while building relationships that drive real business growth.

Your Day-to-Day

Build customer relationships through phone, email, and digital channels

Create compelling quotations for MRO needs and major projects

Manage orders from entry through shipment – you own the customer experience

Develop new business opportunities and close deals

Keep your finger on the pulse of competitor moves and market trends

Support your team with technical expertise on valve solutions

Track everything meticulously (because details matter)

(based on experience) +

What You Bring Must-haves

2+ years technical inside sales experience selling industrial valves (Ball Valves experience is a huge plus!)

Deep knowledge of the valve industry – distributors, end users, and especially Trunnion Mounted and Floating Ball Valves

Proven closer who thrives in high‑volume quoting environments

Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP/order entry systems

High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
