DOB Construction Superintendent
Location: Manhattan | Brooklyn New Construction | Residential Client Details:
Established General Contractor with a track record of market-rate, and high-end residential projects throughout New York looking to bring on a strong Construction Superintendent (DOB Licensed). They have a growing pipeline of projects and are continuing to bring on exceptional construction talent. Responsibilities:
Manage the job site from inception through completion. Communicate and meet regularly with subcontractors to assess project progress, schedule, changes, and deliveries. Proactively identify design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other project-specific issues. Enforce safety protocols to ensure job sites consistently meet or exceed OSHA safety standards. Maintain appropriate documentation throughout the project including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal lots. Communicate effectively with owners, construction managers, other superintendents, and project managers to ensure appropriate information to ensure completeness, design intent, and compliance with local codes and obtain all required clarifications from the design team. Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 10 years Construction experience in multi-Family residential high-rise project construction. Knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and safety practices. Ability to commute to job sites in NYC | Bronx | Harlem | Queens. Benefits:
