Real Estate Development and property management company is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our winning Team! The leasing professional is responsible for maintaining all aspects of property operations, but with a concentration on the leasing, marketing, resident relations, and functions of the community. The leasing professional should have very high energy and passion to make a difference in the lives of our future and current residents. Our team members strive to provide the best customer service experience to all clients and customers.
Responsibilities
Communicate effectively and courteously with residents, associates, management, and guests.
Greet visitors and present the features and benefits of the apartment community in a professional manner.
Electronically distribute and follow-up on renewal notices to current residents.
Maintain an accurate and updated inventory of apartments available to rent in the property management software system.
Assist with maintenance service requests with appropriate documentation and follow up daily to ensure resident satisfaction.
Maintain marketing initiatives to connect and engage residents; post announcements, photos, updates, and event information.
Ability to create Facebook Marketplace account for leasing.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the community to provide a thorough and exceptional experience for residents or prospective residents.
Required Experience
1+ years’ in multi-family residential leasing.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment demonstrating strong organizational and follow up skills.
Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and/or Rent Café CRM (or similar) software.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
