The Real Estate Client Development Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the firm’s client development and marketing efforts within a highly collaborative, team‑oriented environment. This position works closely with attorneys and business professionals to help coordinate content, materials, and initiatives that support the Real Estate practice’s market presence and growth. The Coordinator contributes across pitches, proposals, thought leadership, events, and key initiatives, while building strong knowledge of the real estate industry and the firm’s practice. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, is highly organized, and is eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute in a fast‑paced professional services environment.

What You Will Do:

Support the Real Estate practice’s market positioning and client development efforts by coordinating content, research, and materials across initiatives and programs.

Develop and deepen knowledge of the real estate industry, legal services landscape, and market trends by working closely with attorneys, monitoring industry developments, and supporting practice initiatives.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support pitches, proposals, and RFPs/RFIs by drafting and updating materials, coordinating attorney and internal team inputs, and ensuring practice descriptions, experience lists, and case studies are accurate, current, and well organized.

Contribute to awards submissions, rankings, and accolades by gathering information, coordinating deadlines, and working closely with the Marketing team and attorneys to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Maintain and update client‑facing content, including practice pages and website materials, and coordinate with digital and social media teams to ensure consistent, accurate messaging across platforms.

Assist with thought leadership and marquee programs by coordinating content development, managing internal reviews and timelines, supporting promotional efforts, and conducting basic tracking and analysis.

Support client development reporting by tracking pitches, client meetings, events, and initiatives, and maintaining organized systems, dashboards, and tools to enable efficient execution and analysis.

Provide general coordination and project support for special initiatives and emerging priorities, and take on additional projects as needed to support the team’s business development and client engagement goals.

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; comfort working with databases, reporting tools, and leveraging AI tools responsibly. Experience with Dynamics CRM is a plus.

Demonstrated interest in business development, marketing, or client relationship management.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track action items, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, business professionals, and external contacts at all levels.

Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and creative problem‑solving abilities.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Comfortable working with data, reports, and dashboards to support analytics‑driven business development efforts.

Experience supporting senior professionals or client‑facing teams preferred.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.

Willingness and enthusiasm to develop knowledge of real estate, legal services, and industry trends.

This role may include occasional travel to support client meetings, industry events, and cross‑office collaboration.

This position is eligible for overtime: Yes. The Target Salary Range For This Position Varies By Location And Is Commensurate With Relevant Experience: Boston $65,000-$85,000 | New York $70,000-$90,000
