Celtic Property Management is seeking a motivated, detail-driven Assistant Property Manager to join our team at The Reserve at Thunderbird, a beautiful multifamily community in North Phoenix.

What You’ll Do As the Assistant Property Manager, you will support the Property Manager in the daily operations of a tax credit and HUD community and step into a leadership role when needed.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with LIHTC and HUD compliance, including tenant eligibility, certifications, recertifications, and audits
Maintaining accurate tenant files in accordance with federal, state, and program requirements
Supporting rent collection, late notices, deposits, bank deposits, and monthly reporting
Processing invoices and assisting with budgeting and expense tracking
Supporting leasing activities including tours, applications, move‑ins, move‑outs, and renewals
Providing excellent resident service and resolving concerns professionally
Conducting property inspections and coordinating with maintenance to maintain community standards
Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and safety regulations
Requirements
One or more years of property management experience, preferably with Tax Credit and/or HUD housing
Working knowledge of affordable housing compliance requirements
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Tax Credit certification or the ability to obtain certification
