Then Reed Architectural Group might be the place for you. We’re a small Venice-based firm focused on smart design, creative challenges, and seeing our work come to life. We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented full‑time team member, ready to learn the full architectural process and grow professionally all while in a family‑like environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare construction documents in Revit

Work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects

Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and city agencies

Support all project phases, including SD, DD, CD, permitting, and CA

Assist with code research and California code compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

5+ years of professional experience (multi‑family/mixed‑use a plus)

Revit proficiency required; AutoCAD preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with California building codes

Licensure in progress (a plus)

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $75k–$100k, based on experience

Full‑time, in‑office position

Able to commute to Venice, CA
