Location: Fully Remote (Must Reside in Approved States)
The Weatherspoon Agency is expanding and seeking
Life Benefits Specialists
to work with union and association members who have
already requested information
about their benefits.
This is a
professional, client-focused role
centered on education and service —
not cold calling, door knocking, or high-pressure sales .
What You’ll Do
Communicate with members who requested benefits information
Educate clients on available life insurance and supplemental benefits
Guide members through enrollment and policy understanding
Maintain licensing, compliance, and professional standards
Follow a consistent remote schedule using established systems
